WORKING KEY RESPONIBILITY
1. SMT Production & Process Engineer
* As an SMT Production & Process Engineer, I program and operate assigned production equipment
while achieving goals for quality, efficiency, and productivity
* Administering continuous improvement actions for decreasing Chemistry Deviation of
Billets, SEEC (Specific Electrical Energy Consumption) optimization and Running Trials with
different scrap mixes to figure out the optimum Percentage of different scrap and cost
analyses.
* Ensured that all products adhere to quality standards before delivery
* Troubleshoot any mechanical problems related to the functioning of an orthotic device
* Prepare and circulate line productivity reports & mention all minor and major downtimes
* Developed comprehensive treatment plans, including the selection and modification of
orthoses to meet individual needs.
* Understand and identify defects in accordance with applicable workmanship standards and
class.
* Analysis of SMT quality issues and defects
* Conduct root cause analysis and provide corrective action to ensure the good quality of our
product and develop a continuous improvement plan to achieve customer satisfaction.
